Name: Jacquelyn Felicia Georgsen
Age: 24
Birthdate/place: 01JAN2014
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Family: Halfblood
Jason Felix – 24 – Twin
Natalie Sylvia – 16 – Younger sister
Appearance:
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Green
Build/height- [6'1"] Tall and slender, Jackie has wide shoulders and a narrow waist and hips. She is strong, though her muscles are sinewy rather than large.
General Description- One of the first things you notice about Jackie is her hands. She is always doing something with them; using them to empathize a point, carving something, sanding something. Her hands are never still. With broad, calloused palms and long, slender fingers, they’re not idle. Her nails are chewed, there may be dirt around the nail bed or a splinter in her thumb.
Jackie’s hair runs wild in thick, unruly curls. Shoulder length, her dark brown hair may have sawdust or shavings in it if she’s been working (She has a bad habit of running her hands through her hair). She usually gathers it in a tail at the back of her neck to keep it from her eyes when she is focusing on a particular project. Her eyes are a startling green against the smooth mocha color of her skin. Her face is long, with a strong jaw and a wide, quick-smiling mouth. Her nose is long, with a upturn at the tip.
Possessions- Small, well-lit shop in Diagon Alley, woodworking tools, broommaking equipment, etc
Personality:
Temperment/Mental Attributes-
Jackie is a warm, bright person. Her smile always ready to light up a room, she has a steady temperament and a warm heart. Though her hands are calloused, she has held many small and delicate things in them, gentle as can be. She tends to take in small and helpless creatures, helping them heal before letting them free, and of course, she can hold the smallest blade and create the most delicate of work.
She has a strong sense of justice and an eagerness to see it done, but she's not one to dole it out herself-- she's much more likely to leave it to others, especially if it goes to physical or magical violence, despite her strength and size, she's a gentle soul. She's not timid, but she can be shy and prefers to be relatively anonymous.

History-
Born as Jack Georgsen, Jackie never saw herself as very different from her brother, Jason. It was only as she grew older and started to understand the differences between girls and boys that she realized that she did feel differently. She didn't like dolls and wasn't very feminine, but she was a girl. She just knew this in her heart, and as she grew older and her younger sister was born, she was demanding to be addressed as one.
Fortunately, her mothers were understanding, and easily made the switch (except for those slips of the tongue) When Jackie was ten she decided she liked the name Felicia, but wanted to keep her first name as Jackie. She was at a loss as to how she could, when Jack was a boy's name. And she wasn't a boy. Jason piped up from where he was laying by the fire with his newest book, suggesting Jacquelyn. "Its almost like Jack, but its a girl's name! Look!" He sat up and waved the book above his head. After inspecting the book (a pirate adventure), Jackie declared the name suitable.
There was a lot of discussion with various mediwizards about transitioning, if she would like to transition and when. Jackie just wanted to be seen as female, to be addressed with the right pronouns. Although her body was "male", she was female. And to Jackie, that meant her body was as well.
Hogwarts was an interesting time in her life, although she made many friends, there were hard times, when someone would not accept her as she was. But Jacquelyn never let it get her down, and in any case she always had her brother. They fit well into Hufflepuff, and she worked hard in her classes, though her grades were far from spectacular, she did excel in one subject-- charms. She also started to learn woodworking from her mother, who was a particularly good carver, and usually did fancy work for clients who wanted some sort of handmade memorabilia. It was Marie who saw Jackie's skills with charms and showed her how she used charms and other spells on her woodwork. It was something Jackie took to very quickly.
After graduating, Jacquelyn went to work for Nimbus for a few years, expanding her expertise in both charms and woodworking. She also started working on ideas for brooms of her own. In 2036, she took a hold of her fears, clutched her hopes and dreams, and took the leap. She primarily focused on custom brooms at the moment, with pricing to match--these will fund her as she builds and creates, trying to find that perfect match that will go up against the big boys in price--affordability-- and rideability.
