Gender:f
Family: Alice McCoy – Pureblood, Father: William McCoy –Half-blood, Older Brother Scott Mccoy - Half-blood
Appearance:
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Build/height- Five foot eight, one hundred twenty pounds
General Description-
Bonnie wears informal clothing most of the time, whatever she can get away with. In the office and in the Wizarding districts she is strictly in robes, with her hair up neatly, but out and about in mixed neighborhoods, she wears tracksuits, jeans, whatever comfy muggle clothing she can get away with. Her hair in that case is pulled back with a headband or in a sloppy ponytail. It's shoulder length and not styled in any particular way. She wears no necklaces or bracelets or rings, she kept breaking them or losing them, so stopped that as a little kid.
Possessions-
She doesn't have much, as she is away a lot. Her wand, her clothes, a few pieces of jewelry tucked away, nothing spectacular. She hasn't had a pet since Hogwarts.
Personality:
Temperment/Mental Attributes- Aggressive, persistent, determined, a bit stubborn. Those are the first things people notice about her, and that's how she likes it. It keeps them on guard and gives her a little advantage.
Being the younger sister, she got a first hand glimpse of how their parents lack of confidence affected Scott, and she decided subconsciously to be his polar opposite, at least to all appearances. Confident, self righteous and a bit of a busybody, she is a good foil for him, and tries to get him to be more...direct? Confrontational? Failing that, she picks up the mantle, though she admits his quiet ways are a balm for her after a particularly loud and tumultuous work day.

Other Information- Bonnie doesn't have the same love of playing the game as Scott, but has picked up his love for quidditch in another way, hers is just channeled through analyzing and reporting it.
History-
Bonnie was born about six years after Scott, to Alice and William McCoy. Growing up listening to their parents hushed conversations about whether Scotty would get into Hogwarts annoyed her to no end. Why wouldn't he get in? Their parents were both magical, so she didn't understand the concern and in typical childish fashion she became angry, and a bit bratty whenever she'd see the significant looks or hear the throat clearings signalling a change of topic 'in front of the little ones'
She adored her big brother, though the age difference didn't lead to much one on one play time. His friends were older and cooler, and except for when he was recruited to babysitting duty, once he got admitted to Hogwarts, they had limited contact. He'd always say to say hi to her in letters home, and would bring her pictures of matches from school, or his house scarf, little things like that, and it gave him hero status in her eyes. It also gave her an "I told you so" arrogant attitude, as she always knew he'd be admitted, and made her more confident as only a child could be. All she knew was, she wanted to get big really fast, get to Hogwarts, get in his house and play for the house team just like him.
She learned pretty quickly playing wasn't as much fun as watching, when you had to remember to not foul boys who were acting like kneazles arses up there in the air. A few times when she was laid up with a minor injury, she discovered how much more fun it was to watch the game, and provide commentary. It got her hooked quickly, and she knew what her career would be before she finished her second year at school.
Before she even graduated, she had applied and was accepted as an apprentice at The Prophet, and quickly worked her way up to a feature reporter position. She regularly follows the teams through playoffs, which involves travel. Sometimes she does a spot on the wireless, interviewing up and coming players, before the seasons start. Though she loves her job, the traveling does get tiresome, more so each year. Part of her is a bit jealous of the stability and sameness of Scotty's position, though she'd never admit it. Overall, she's proud of her big brother, though now that they have both been adults for some time, it's easier for them to view each other as contemporaries. (He'll always be the big brother she loves to tease, though)
