Elle Callahan couldn't believe she was standing on the edge of a scottish moore with Alex Kameren looking down at thousands of witches and wizards around the world for a music festival. The high of course was the Weird Sisters, a wizard rockband who's claim to fame was that they played at the Yule Ball Harry Potter attended in the 1990's. The band was still mostly together after over a half century of playing together. Elle liked them. She'd planned on going to see them 17 years ago at the celebration of the defeat of the masked lady but she hadn't gotten the chance. When she found out they were playing again Elle had snatched up tickets and asked Alex Kameren. She'd been surprised when he said yes. A concert in a field didn't really seem his cup of tea.
Elle clapped her hands in excitement as she turned to Alex. "Alright lets find some fire whiskey and snacks before we go find our viewing area," She said grabbing Alex's hand and dragging him down the hill.
"Thanks for coming with me," Elle said giving him a huge grin. Elle was wearing a black tee shirt with the sleeves cut off that had a picture of the band when their beards weren't gray. It had belonged to her mother when she'd been a teenager. It had been in a box of belongings her grandfather had packed up and given to her dad. Elle had written him an owl when she'd returned. They had lunch and he brought her the box of her stuff. The lunch hadn't really ended well and Elle had pushed it from her memory.
